If you need a building permit, we can assist you in obtaining the building permit from an architect for an amount of € 125,- out of VAT. This amount excludes the variable costs of the architect for preparing the drawing and other documents. *

We can make an architectural report of an object before you actually purchase it. The making of this report will cost you € 375,- out of VAT. *

Our work area lies mainly in the provinces of the Baranya and Somogy.

After we have received your request, we will contact you for an appointment as soon as possible. To calculate an offer we ask you a contribution of €50, -. Outside a radius of 25 kilometres, a mileage charge of € 0.20 per kilometre will be added.
