During your stay, we are at your disposal to give you a crystal clear picture of your potential purchase and all related matters, you can rely on us for a reliable answer to all your questions.
When you have finally purchased an object from us you can be assured of our guidance on every step of the buying process. The fees (lawyer) and the associated costs are included. After signing the sale and the payment of the corresponding 10% in advance we will make an appointment for you with a Hungarian lawyer to sign the final purchase contract (this entire process takes up to 3 months to complete). We will also ensure that you are connected to the utilities, necessary insurances are taken and we will open a bank account for the direct debits for gas, water and light.
